The Rivers State University Faculty of Education Conference Journal is a yearly publication. Its scope is broad and international, covering research areas in education and related disciplines. The maiden edition of the journal was the product of the 2021 annual international conference.

In the last forty years, the Faculty of Education has had a Faculty Journal, which has been functional. The Journal existed through various contributors' submitted articles to its Editorial Board. For four decades, this was the situation, but the tide changed with the initiative to widen the scope and frontiers of the Faculty of Education Journal through the organization of an annual international conference.
